POOR SERVICE - DO NOT USE! I purchased my brand new Daikin AC from Magnificat Air a year a 1 week ago. When I purchased my unit, they let me know that I would be able to purchase the 12 year Labor warranty, but advised me to wait till my 2nd visit, which is a year from the purchase. They advised the wait, because the parts and labor were already covered for the 1st year. So after about 7 months, I called and told them that I needed to get my 6 month service done, and I was surprised they had not called to schedule this visit. So we got it scheduled, which put me at the 7 month mark. Here is is now at almost a year since the installation, and I once again had to call them, and remind them I needed my 2nd free service call checkup, and that it had to be done within a year. They first told me they could not do it for free since it had not been within the 1 year time-frame. But they finally agreed to do it next month, for free. I know the reason they were not wanting to do the first 2 service calls, is because the visits are free to the customer, and why they had no intention of calling the customer to get them done. Shame on their customer service. Now they refuse to sell me the warranty they told me to get on the 2nd visit, because of right now, it has been a year and 1 week. This is pathetic. I called into the office, the manager of the company was too busy to call me back, and had her office admin call me back. Shame on her for making her assistant take a call like this, and she played the scared rabbit in the corner. She knows she has not provided the customer service that her customers deserve, and now has to hide behind her desk to avoid talking to her customers. I called Daikin, and they were surprised, and disappointed in the customer service that I had received, and they did take notes on the dealer, and they way they treated the customer. Although they said they can not sell the warranty, it has to come from a dealer. DO NOT USE MAGNIFICENT A

RE: New Installation
Mr. **********
Attached is your warranty paperwork for your new air-conditioning system. Magnificent Air has taken the liberty of
registering your unit online so that the factory warranty is effective immediately. Please take note that several items are
not included or covered by your manufacturer warranty. These items include, but are not limited to: dirty filter, clogged
drain lines, or tripped circuit breakers.
You will be contacted in approximately 6 months to schedule your free maintenance inspection. At that time, the
technician will perform a complete check on your system and advise you on how to keep it running efficiently. Your
manufacturer warranty will be voided should you fail to have at least one inspection done per year on your equipment.
You should also note that any warranty work performed after the first year will be subject to the normal labor rate for
service work and/or repair.
The Daikin Comfort System unit comes with 12-year parts, one-year labor which covers the repair of all part labor within
the system except for water damage. There is an additional 12-year extended labor warranty available for purchase
before July 24, 2022.

Magnificent Air installed your new unit in July 2021 without any problems. Thank you for contacting us to schedule your free curtesy 6 month maintenance inspection. Our system does not have a reminder to prompt us call the customer to purchase the labor insurance within the one year post install, this is why we send the letter expecting the customer to follow the instructions.
