Pool Cleaners Express has been servicing our pool. At the end of April our pool was blue, clear and clean but every week through May, Pool Cleaners Express serviced our pool, the more green and dirty it got, with green algae sticking to the bottom. I emailed Pool Cleaners Express on 5/25/22 and again on 5/27/22 to report the issue but received no response. So I called them on 6/2/22 and was told they would put someone on the schedule to come out the next day. No one showed and no communication since then. Wondering why the pool was getting greener each week, which it shouldn't do if it is being serviced properly, I checked my security camera. The technician has only been skimming the surface, brushing the side tiles and putting chlorine tabs in the basket. He also cleaned the filter once in June like the our plan states. But the water is not being tested, the chemicals are not being balanced and no weekly vacuuming being done, which are all included in the Express package plan that we are being charged for. This explains the reason for the condition of the pool. I am attaching a photo from April 26, 2022 when the pool was clean and 2 photos of the condition of the pool declining while being serviced through May. These photos were taken by Pool Cleaners Express and it baffles me as to why they have not addressed the issue when you can clearly see the dark green algae at the bottom of the pool, especially in the middle. Since reaching out to this company numerous times with no response, I have no choice but to file a complaint. I don't have time to keep calling and emailing and nagging them to correct a problem they have caused nor should I have to, Nor should I be charged for services I'm not receiving while making the pool worse each week and the water unsafe.
