FCG Realty Response

Regarding maintenance requests, we have consistently advised all tenants to submit individual work orders for each issue through our online portal. While the initial work order you submitted for the water heater was addressed and closed after replacement, subsequent maintenance requests were not submitted separately, leading to delays in addressing additional issues. This is why we encourage all tenants to submit separate work orders for multiple maintenance requests. Nonetheless, once the *** violation fine was charged to your ledger, you noted numerous items needed to be repaired.
Since the *** violation fine was applied to your ledger, you have added 10 additional work orders for repairs. Although you refused to follow our process and submit maintenance requests for each item, we submitted them on your behalf and dispatched vendors. Each time an item is repaired, you state other work orders need to be addressed as well.
Regarding the assertion of bullying tactics, we assure you that our actions, including the posting of an 8-day notice for unpaid rent, are standard procedures applied uniformly to all tenants in accordance with lease agreement. The notice does state that if not paid by the specific date, the owner can start the eviction process. As mentioned in the many emails we've exchanged, your request to apply the security deposit toward rent for February and March has been declined, as these funds are reserved until after vacating the property, as outlined in the lease agreement.
As for communication, we have consistently responded to your inquiries in a timely manner. However, repeated inquiries on the same matter do not change our responses, and we reserve the right not to engage in redundant communication.
We remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Thank you for your understanding
