      Disgraceful that their good will gesture of compensation is contingent upon removal of your honest review. MVH should welcome honest reviews if they are confident guests are checking into properties that are up to standard. Beware when booking with MVH! You just may check into a filthy home, complete with cockroaches and ants, and inoperable pools and spas. Theyll offer compensation, but only provide it if you dont leave an honest review.

      Magical Vacation Homes is truly a disgrace of a company. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is astonishing. Not only did they fail to provide necessary information prior to arrival, they were completely unreachable when issues arose.The fact that no one was available to provide an access code upon arrival is unacceptable, let alone the fact that they were unable to rectify the situation in a timely manner. The manager's refusal to take responsibility and instead blame the customer is beyond belief.It is clear that this company is not interested in providing a positive experience for their customers. The fact that they operate out of a run-down office only adds to the lack of credibility and professionalism. Save yourself the headache and book directly with a reputable company. Magical Vacation Homes is nothing but a disappointment and a waste of time. Steer clear at all costs.

Let us begin by saying our guests are of the utmost importance to us and our team will go above and beyond to ensure all of our guests have a wonderful experience.In your case in particular your reservation was a last-minute reservation and as such would require an office check in, this was communicated to you on multiple occasions via email along with our office hours of 9 am - 5pm. Rest assured that had you phoned us prior to 5pm to advise us you were running late we would have had a member of our team stay later to assist you.We at Magical Vacation Homes pride ourselves on providing outstanding service that is why although your late arrival was beyond our control and we were able to give you a code to access the home which you did at 7pm, we still reached out to you and offered you several options as a gesture of good will.       My family and I had a reunion at the Soltera Resort in Davenport, Orlando Florida in July 2023. Although we had a very happy and memorable experience and we plan to have another reunion next year, it will not be with Soltera. Since day one , our Soltera vacation house located on Broad Oak Drive was a disaster zone. Once we finally got into the home, we paid for early check in at 10 am, we were greeted by a leak in one of the bathrooms in a bedroom on the first floor. There were several soaked towels on the floor and the water was about to flow into the adjoining bedroom. We arrived on a Saturday and despite numerous calls to maintenance, no one was interested in fixing the leak or moving us to another house. My family’s time time was spent changing the soaked towels in the bathroom, because we didn’t want to endanger anyone’s life with a slip and fall. The ages in my party ranged from a 2 year old to an 80 year old. The leak in the bathroom wasn’t the only issue. The pool was dirty and we had to ask for it be cleaned, The outdoor grill that we requested prior to our arrival was not there. One family member found human hair on her sheets the first day we got there. The home’s air conditioning was functioning as it should, neither were the dryer and washer on the first floor. One of the ceiling lights in the living room went out and was never replaced. We endured 3 days of our 5 day stay with a flooded bedroom bathroom that was a possible death trap. To add insult to injury, we never received the 8 parking permits that were outlined in the rental voucher we received after booking the house. Despite spending money to stay in a house that was obviously in need of repairs, in a resort that needs to get its act together, my family and I had a great reunion , no thanks to Soltera Resorts.

      It was a mistake to stay here. We paid for early check in but were not allowed in early. We paid for pool heat but the pool was not heated until the last couple days. Only half of the games in the arcade worked. Remotes were all mismatched so nothing worked. I could deal with all of this, my biggest complaint is the complete lack of customer service. My wife and I have tried for several days to get ahold of somebody and after 10 min on hold we get kicked off. Our emails have not received a response and nobody answers the phones or calls back. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

      NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars!! We planned a huge family reunion at this hotel and stayed at TR 049 Champions Gate and it was absolute hell the whole time. We spent $700 on groceries only to enter the resort with NO WORKING REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER. We called management to complain multiple times and no one did anything about it until the second to last day of our full week stay. I have an infant and couldn't even keep her milk safe. The entryway was filled with old chicken bones. The walls were sticky and filthy. The grill did not work and the microwave cut out at the end of our stay. There was obviously no upkeep on this place whatsoever. The lights didn't work in half the rooms and the fans/air conditioning didn't work in the other half. When someone eventually came to give a replacement fridge (that was 20 years old) they put it right in the entryway, obstructing our path. This whole place is such a joke and they clearly have no intention of taking care of their customers. This wasn't a vacation, this was a hellish experience to go through.

      If I could check "0" stars I would. HIGHLIGHTS: Dirty, stained carpet, worn out fake leather furniture that crumbled, dirty worn out linens, roaches, dishwasher that does not work, dirty stained pool. Everything was worn out and dated, even the light bulbs. We rented a 6 BR, 4 Bath for $360/day. However, the house my family and I arrived to Easter week was DEPLORABLE!!! Let's start with the entrance, which was dirty and sticky as we walk up; the steps to go upstairs was visible as we entered, it was a worn out filthy carpet; the floor downstairs was some kind of floating wood floor which slid as we walked on it; the entire upstairs was the same nasty, worn out carpet, and in the master bedroom was a hugh black stain, where it seemed someone spilled something and kept walking on it; the bed was stained, the pillows were stained, the sheets were dingy, the showerhead was dirty, the shower door was filthy. I went to the closet to find clean linens and there was none, so we went to the store and bought supplies to clean, we washed sheets, towels, etc. we got to see more the next morning - the pool was nasty and looked like poop in it and trash and cigarette butts was around the lanai area which we cleaned up. I called and also emailed a complaint to customer service, asking for someone to come over. The head of housekeeping came and took pictures and then called a carpet cleaning person and housekeeping person and a pool person. Their service was poor. They also brought us new pillows and sheets and towels. The sheets was such poor quality, it felt horrible to the touch of my skin. The next day we left and returned to a stench all over the house from the dirty wet carpet. I COULD GO ON AND ON, One of the excuse was that the previous occupants check out late. For a company with so many houses to manage in the hospitality business, this was such a poor excuse!!! PATHETIC!!! Now they only are offering $500 + a gag agreement. No way!!!

      I'm writing in regards to our stay. Our stay has been very disappointing from the start. We have patronized this resort every time we visit the Orlando area and this has been a let down. This is our fourth time visiting Orlando and we have never stayed in a Windsor home that was not to our standards until now. The concerns are as follows: -the home smells like water/moisture upon entry -the pool was not clean, had many leaves in it due to broken screen above pool area. I wish had thought to take a picture before I reported it to be cleaned. The leaves were removed I believe two days later. The picture of a clean heathy pool is the next-door neighbor vs ours. 😔 -I called in to have someone come and fix the internet and no one showed after being told a technician will sent. We have dealt with no TV and internet for two straight days. My son figured it out himself on the third day. This was not good. -the washer smelled upon opening to the point we bought washer cleaner to clean the washer of odor and residue - the refrigerator needs to be replaced because of discoloration. Yes, it works but looks disgusting -the mats in bathrooms are dirty and disgusting. They should be shaken out and cleaned after every tenant or at minimum every other tenant. These mats seem to be there untouched for quite some time. I have photos as well, but I couldn't add them in. I am seeking a refund for the conditions we had to endure. And the refund of the pool heat fee since we couldn't use the pool because of the fear of getting sick due to dirt and algae. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Hosting you and your family and friends was a pleasure! We have record of each service request made during your visit and the measures taken to rectify them.

      Pool cleanings are performed at regularly scheduled intervals and it is quite possible that arrival during a particularly windy or rainy time period can result in more natural debris in pools. That said, I am able to see that a local partner was able to assist with your pool needs, and our technician assisted with engaging the pool heater. Refunds for pool heat are considered in cases in which the heater is not functioning properly, not necessarily when a pool requires additional service from the local partner. Internet connectivity was addressed with the internet service provider upon report, and unfortunately, we do rely on assistance from those providers with the respective equipment.

      Cleanliness concerns are of the utmost importance, and while your experience was not at all what we would have preferred, cleanliness concerns reported within the first twenty-four hours can actually have the team return.
