Daytona Mitsubishi had a promotion with no money down and no payments for 60-90days. I applied and was denied. My aunt co signed and DevinCollins the salesman stated we were approved. The card was delivered from Daytona to *******. I never received any bank loan information from an institution. The car was repossessed because they couldnt contact me or the co-signer. No attemp to contact me or the co-signer was made. They couldnt contact me but they repossessed the car from my place. Why I didnt receive a certified letter. *************************** and I texted today, please review the attachment. The problem is they lied about financing me with Flagship Credit Acceptance the loan was denied. *** the finance manager explained he needed money down although when they delivered the car they were asking for $ 500. I agreed but never received any financing paperwork to send payment or who I will be making payments with. I had been driving the car for over 2 months. Please help. This isnt adding up. Promotion no money down to $5000 , but will accept $500. I am 63 years old and shouldnt have to go through this. *************************, *** in finance and *************************. We delivered the car to ******* in good faith that we would receive her down payment along with all other stipulations that the bank was asking for. Numerous attempts by ***** and Finance were made by both phone calls and text messaging to both parties without any response. We allowed ample time for them to respond which never happened. We were left no other choice but to bring the car back.

Mitsubishi sold me a car in June 2023 that was worth over $40,000 told me that I had to pay $829 a month first five months and then after five months I could turn it in and I could get another car and have a car payment of ******* And APR at 5.7 I did everything that I was supposed to do and then some went out of my way and did more and now I am stuck with this and they are not keeping their word. they actually told me to call and have my car voluntary repossessed. That was the only way to get out of this car and they knew in the beginning, but my situation was I was upfront with everything told them I was only working part time taking care of my brother overtime because he is ill they knew my situation upfront and they told me trust me youre a loyal customer, this will work for you. Ive done nothing but go back-and-forth and back-and-forth for the last eight months with this company and I have to volunteer give up my car. They cannot stick to their word out. The guy got fired.

I received an advertisement in the mail for a new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross with low interest and payments at Daytona Mitsubishi. I came in on 9/8/2023. The manager is *********************, whom greeted me when I came in after looking at their cars. They estimated the value of my 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross with very low mileage and maintained car. **** offered me 19k trade-in for my car and said my payments for the new 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross SEL would be $702.28 a month for 6 months. **** advised me to come back in around May/June when the little credit card debt I had is paid off and then I will be able to be in a program that will cut the car payment in half. After hearing this, I trusted his word and agreed to trade in my vehicle for the new one. A few weeks after taking home my new vehicle, I contacted my bank to get a copy of the payoff that was sent by Daytona Mitsubishi for my old vehicle. The check was for $18,664.39. I was not given the 19k that was agreed upon stated on my paperwork. I contacted Daytona Mitsubishi several times after many weeks and got the run around. I finally spoke to **** and he said he gave me $800 dollars more than the 19k. I said I did not even get the 19k as agreed on and I have proof from my bank. He said he will send it to me. Weeks go by and nothing. I texted **** on October 20th and 27th asking for the rest of the money for the sale of my vehicle and he did not respond. At this point I realized that I was scammed, lied to, and tricked into this deal and there is NO program that will lower my car payments. I lost a great car with very low interest and payments for a car with HIGH interested and HIGH payments! This car dealer has TONS of negative reviews of the same experience on Yelp. Your site has tons of complaints also. How does this fraud continue? Why are these people not held accountable? I want to return this vehicle and get my money back. *** contacted several lawyers. I was told to file a complaint here and DMV.

I bought a car in 2019 from this dealership. ******* and ***** and the service department have been horrible from the get-go but at this time I have had a squeak for at least a year. Everybody can hear it but ******* and *****. They refuse to fix the problem and every time I bring it in they say they don't hear anything. I have had a mechanic and my child drive the car and they clearly hear the loud squeak. They say since they don't hear it they can't do anything about it and I should go to another Mitsubishi dealership. I tried to get in touch with a higher powers today but was told why don't I just buy a new car from them so I don't have to listen to the squeak anymore. It is my understanding this company does this a lot when your car is under warranty and then as soon as the warranty runs out they hear the issue and will charge you to fix the problem. All I want is my car fixed in a timely manner. I paid extra for this warranty and they have not honored it. They could also just reimburse me the full value of the warranty as they have done nothing.

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm not sure what service records that show they never fixed my car have to do with it. As you can see they have no response. In my humble opinion this company is horrible and if they are not going to fix my car, ****** learned. I will tell everybody I encounter about this experience and recommend they never use Daytona Mitsubishi.
      Sincerely,

At this point the dealership service department has attempted to rectify these situations without success or cooperation from customer. Moving forward, the dealership would like to relinquish any further interactions with customer. Thank you.

I traded in my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander on August 21 2023 for a new 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage at Daytona Mitsubishi at 900 ********* Daytona Beach ******* *****. *************************************** was the new salesman who was coached by *************************, the sales manager. I have done business with ************* Mitsubishi of ****** and ***** ******* for 8 years and have never been pressured or misled through vehicle repairs and service on my Mitsubishi Lacer, which I traded in for a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The salesman and manager told me they were the same company. They accepted the trade in and said I would have no car payment for 2 months, the pay $625.00 for two months, and then my payment would be $400 a month. I was given a new tag because they said mine was ten years old. I removed the Outlander and added the 2023 Mirage in the sales office in front of both men. I gave them the keys and left.I received a letter from the *** that my license would be suspended if proof of insurance wasnt provided for the Outlander a month later. Then ****** started calling about my later car payment.I called Daytona Mitsubishi and left detailed messages for the owner and sales manager asking for the Outlander location. After two days with no response I drove to Daytona Mitsubishi with the letter from the *** and the Owner and sales manager were unavailable. I was helping my son buy a car as a cosigner, and we were under the assumption that his car was getting traded in now after he has his new car, they said his car his old car was not being traded in that he should just do a vault voluntary repossession I think that it was sneaky and they don’t even have me down as the cosigner. They have me down as the purchaser.

Trading in a 2018 Mitsubishi outlander sport that I still owe $12k on and a 07 Chevy Silverado ltz less than 200k miles, mint condition. I found a 2022 eclipse cross sel, he gave my info to the finance manager. First they offered me $12k trade and I laughed and headed for the door. He asked me to hold on and ends up coming back to me with a $26k trade in offer. Obviously I accepted. He proceeded to run my credit which I have been closely monitoring told me it was 16 to 80 points lower than what I believed it was, I told him I didn't want to pay over $400 a month he said so $200 every 2 weeks to which I agreed, he came back a little later asked $220 every 2 weeks so I agreed to the additional $40 a month. Making my payment $440. At this point I've been there with my daughter they were actually closed before I left. My original salesman was gone and I was dealing directly with the finance mngr and his funny sidekick used as a distraction. By the time it was time to sign papers I was exhausted, starving, annoyed and apparently that was their goal. They put me in a room with a random guy I had not seen the entire time I had been there. He goes over the paper work quickly and I sign paperwork for the deal I thought we made. 2 months no payment, So 2 months later I log in to make a payment and it's $540??? Oh and I had a total balance of $28k??? The car was $28k and they gave me $26k trade minus $12k I owed, leaving $14k down plus a few rebates. I then started going over the paperwork, they added $10k to the price of the car. After tax and fees it was $43,195.00 for a $29k car. And my credit score was 80 points higher but apparently dealerships can raise your interest and the additional $ gets split between them and bank. My $440 payment was $546 because there's more than 4 weeks in a month. I have a $12.7% interest rate and owe $28k. Completely scamed! I don't know how people like that sleep at night.
