    I got pulled over yesterday around 5pm off us1 the officer decided to have my vehicle towed by Daytona wrecker service.. when I was handling my given citations.. I asked the tow truck driver on how will I be able to retrieve my jeep liberty back cause my father which the car is registered to was currently out of the country and I was left with full power of attorney to represent his name while he and my mother were out of the country in *********.. the driver contacted the office and later approached me handing me a business card and told me to contact the office in 10 minutes.. when I contacted the office at Daytona wrecker and spoke to the gentleman that answered my phone call 10 minutes later, he followed by telling me that there was nothing that they could do today and to contact them in the morning which I have all intentions of doing as soon s 8:30am arrives.. I was trying to solve this problem that same day and I called back as I was asked to in 9 min not 10 as asked after they towed away my car.. instead they were very nasty /short with me not to mention unprofessional dealing with my situation instead I am forced to accept additional fees cause they chose to milk my unfortunate situation apparently to make more money.. I Will attempt to retrieve and contact them one again in a matter of hours to resolve this situation once again at am8:339 as prompted to do by the person that answered my original call . I will state that I already contacted my lawyer regarding this message/ unfortunate situation I've experienced and hope that this company is professional enough to resolve this peacefully and civility and not force me to proceed with a law suit for discrimination and overcharging me for there financial benefit.. very upset with the way that this company has handled a unfortunate moment/situation that had no reason to be forced to additional fees when it was avoidable and could have been solved that very moment..

    Subject: Response to ************************* am writing in response to the complaint submitted by Mr. ***** On September 26, 2024, our team was preparing for Hurricane ******** approach, and as a result, our office closed a little before 5:00 PM that day.
    Mr. **** contacted us first thing the following morning. We provided him with the necessary information, and he was able to retrieve his vehicle without incurring any storage fees. I am unclear as to why Mr. **** felt the need to file a complaint or mention involving his lawyer before reaching out to us directly.
    We take pride in our service, and I can confirm that there were no additional charges applied when he picked up his vehicle.
