No regard for others, terrible about communication, called at 9 am to see how busy they were and could they fit us in. They said yes, fill out online admission form which I did - drove 35 minutes there call to notify we were there it was 10:17 am we had anticipated 10;30 arrival. Sat there in our parking spot as curbside service for hours when they finally came and took our cat in. I gave them her list of instructions on her medication from the optomologist we saw as she is on several eye drops needing done every 2-3 hours and pill for pain and pill for antibiotics. She had been having trouble urinating and hadnt gone to the bathroom for over 24 hours plus. They took her and the paperwork inside. Several more hours pass and I call to check on her and they say they are super busy with emergencies. We wait another hour goes by and I call again they say she is next. They come out with an estimate of $800 and I sign the paperwork. They then increase the bill to $948.50 because they need to give shot and pills. During the time my cat was there in the unattended cage she peed all over herself. They said it was bloody but no care. They said they tried to clean her up?? She smelled all of urine and was scared. I go in and pay the bill and question it and they say I am not welcome back again. I ask the veternarian if the meds she gave are compatible with what she is currently taking and she says what meds is she taking?? How scary. I am happy my cat finally urinated and is feeling somewhat better but I feel they did nothing for her and shouldnt be taking on more paitences than they can handle we left at 5:15 pm was not provided copies of any of the blood work, etc Go elsewhere

As an emergency and critical care hospital, we do not make appointments, and wait times are entirely dependent on critical and unstable patients that are already in our hospital, or that may arrive at anytime. Our staff communicated this to the owner, and advised her that we had a critical patient in the hospital that had just gone into cardiac arrest and it would be some time before the veterinarian on duty was able to speak with her. The owner did not think this was acceptable, and despite our determination that her cat was stable, she insisted that we make her cat a higher priority than the patient that was receiving CPR.
During this pet owner's visit to our hospital, she was rude and argumentative. Her cat was stable and not in need of life saving care when she arrived at our hospital. She was monitored by our ICU staff while she was waiting for diagnostic tests to be performed. She did urinate while she was with us, and outside of bathing an already stressed cat, we did clean her as best we could, The diagnostic testing we did revealed that the patient had a urinary tract infection. The patient was appropriately treated, and the owner was advised to follow up with her regular veterinarian. Due to the negative interactions with our staff, we informed the owner that our hospitals would not be providing any further services.
