I wish I could put a no star review. I’m not going to blame the company for hiring the manager that they chose. But I personally had a horrible experience working under this woman. I was a contractor and Donna promoted me to a Lead. Out of her mouth, told me to be her eyes and ears. I’ve done what I was supposed to do. When I would email her or even call her about employees behavior, especially if they were male. She swept it under the rug. I’m going to say this, she sided with the males over the females. She talked down to us, belittled us women. Even when it came to our attendance. If I needed time off, she wanted a doctors note. Always asked the women for that information. But when any of the males would take off, and this was constant behavior from one specifically. She would never ask any of them for a doctors note. She will talk bad about you to another employee. The one male that I am talking about, Donna had kept complimenting him, saying how cute he was and he told me and another employee how uncomfortable she made him feel. I called her and told her what he said, and she laughed. I didn’t find it at all funny. So one day, me being a Lead. A few employees came to me about an issue. So I went to talk to the employee who wasn’t a contractor, and of course he tells on me. So Donna has an attitude and says the Director had an issue with my behavior (which is was untrue) not even trying hear me out. She tells me that I can either get fired or quit. And tells me not to say anything to anyone about her letting me go. Crazy how she told the one she kept complimenting that she can’t wait to make him a Lead. As soon as she let me go, she called him and gave him the job and at the same time bad mouthed me to him. It’s so much I can say but my words are limited. If I wasn’t good enough, then why did the Director hire me back. Bottom line is, Donna is sexist. I even asked for her Boss’s number and I even emailed HR and of course I was ignored and my account was removed
