I purchased a cruise on MSC's website for $1366 which was to sail 4/7/20 (booking #XXXXXXXX). The cruise line canceled the cruise and offered a 125% Future Cruise Credit (ref #XXXXXXXXX). On 12/29/20, I finally received an email with a link to my Future Cruise Credit. This link has never worked. I tried several times within days of receipt and over the months to click the link and see if it would work and it never has. I have tried calling their given phone number (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) but have never been able to get through to anyone. In November of this year, I tried calling twice and waited on the line for over an hour and no one would pick up. I have tried emailing over the months and submitted contact requests through their website, but no one replies back or responds to my request for a Future Cruise Credit or a refund.Initial Complaint

MSC canceled my 11-2-21 cruise. Called 9 times for refund, 9 different excuses. Initially told my refund would initiate in October, now told November. Nothing but lies and excuses. Want my $1700.00 back.Initial Complaint

I booked a cruises it was to leave X-XX-XXXX the week the pandemic hit. I have been trying to get a refund for over a year. they keep telling me to call Dream Vacation they don't know where the money is. my booking number #XXXXXXXX I booked it on X-XX-XXXX Total amount was $2,082.48 Thank for your help
