            I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the amount required to repair my Rolex. After much discussion, and a very reasonable offer to buy it from me, I was convinced to have it fixed. They explained everything carefully and encouraged me to keep the watch for my son. It's a family-owned business and they are concerned for their customers. A appreciate their help..
