I understand that you've been experiencing some difficulties with the part you purchased from us, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. After reviewing the details of your order and return, I'd like to clarify some points related to your concerns.
First and foremost, we want to assure you that we take all customer complaints seriously. It's essential to us that you receive the support you need when dealing with our products. In your case:
• You ordered a specific part, and we shipped the exact item that you selected.
• When you returned the part, we thoroughly checked it, and it was indeed the same item you initially ordered.
• However, upon receiving the returned part, we noticed that one of the O-rings from the kit was missing.
Our company policy regarding returns and restocking fees is designed to ensure that all items returned are in resalable condition, as missing components or damage can affect the product's overall value. Unfortunately, due to the missing O-ring, we had to classify the returned part as no longer in new condition, leading to the application of the restocking fee.
We genuinely regret any frustration you experienced during this process, but we hope you can understand that our policy is in place to maintain the quality of our products for all customers.
