I have been a member of Vystar CU for over 20 years and have never experienced interacting with bank staff/management, who are so disengaged and falsely gives the impression that they care about the customers banking needs/issues. Earlier this year, Jan 2024, I conducted business with Liberty Dumpster but had a major issue with the final bill.Liberty Dumpster refused to escalate my complaint and charged my card on file (without authorization) on 3/25. Once I was aware of the debit, I went to the Vystar branch on ******** and filed a complaint. On 3/26, Vystar representative credited my account 80% of the funds previously debited and the other 20% was an estimated credit to the Liberty.On May 15, the credit was reversed and claim denied (letter). I contacted the dispute center and requested that the case be reopened. The representative reopened the case and additional information. Documents faxed- specialist ********* June, Vystar waiting on documents from Liberty dumpster, call at end of July. I called 7/30, the dispute reopened and a letter would be received 7 to 10 days. Aug 12, no letter. Sept 17, I called the dispute department and was told only member services could reopen the ******* took four months for them to tell me that.Sept 17 reopened case and no updates received. I went to the ************* branch on 10/30/24 and talked with the supervisor. She advised that the case notes had not been updated since July when the initial case was denied in May. The case was never reopened and the decision was final. THE BRANCH MAKES ALL DECISIONS REGARDING DISPUTES.THIS IS VERY POOR AND UNETHICAL SERVICEI WAS MISLEAD BY VYSTAR/DISPUTE DEPARTMENT AS THEY ARE NOT PROACTIVE. THEY RECOMMENDED THAT I TAKE SPECIFIC ACTIONS AND I DID ADHERE BUT THEY DID NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SECURE A JUST RESOLUTION. THE **** WAS NOT PROPERLY DOCUMENTED AND THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR MY CLAIM.CORPORATE MUST REOPEN **** AND GET INVOLVED.******* *.
