Most consumers allege that Mr. James Couturier owner of North Florida leisure contracts a job takes a large deposit for material and never returns or he may start the job but never returns to finish. We have reached out on several occasions with the company. Mr. Couturier will complete some jobs then after a few months the pattern continues.

              I paid $1522.00 down payment on 07/19/2023 to ***** ********* (the owner of this company). He was supposed to do a major repair on my Sunroom Roof. Finally, on 12/01/2023 he came in to work on my roof, he decided not to do the complete repair as was agreed on an estimate, He DECIDED to TRY something simpler an less involving, he tried his simple repair and it DID NOT WORK, I'm back to square 1 with my problem. After than he never came back, he started giving me excuse after excuse why he can't come in. Finally, I texted him that I want to get my money back because he didn't do the job and now I'm at the point where he stopped answering my messages, he's totally ignoring me. I just need him to refund me my $1522.00 I paid him.

              I decided to go with this company after a couple of estimates. The contractor was very friendly and provided documents to be completed, and payment breakdown to complete the project. The company filed the proper paperwork with my HOA for the project to be completed. However, I just recently found out that there was never a permit submitted for the project to be completed and I've tried to reach out to the contractor numerous amounts a times, but no response. The Contract between the contractor and myself also entails a 5 year warranty, which I still have yet to hear back from the company to correct issues with the patio.
