              I bought a vehicle from this dealership in ******* in January. I was charged for LoJack, a service that I found out more is for the service of the dealership than for the individual. For a month I tried to use the service which never worked or even appeared viable. Unfortunately, although I paid for the service, I was never provided the code or authorization for the LoJack system. I contacted the dealership multiple times however I was never contacted back until I requested a refund. I was denied a refund even though they never provided me the service I paid for as per our contract. So now I don't have the money or the service which I find disgraceful for a business. If you charge a customer for a service and don't deliver, I expect that either the money be provided or a the service, and they have proven to provide neither. I truly hope they change their practice in the future.

              Stay clear away from this business! Weve had the worse experience. Its almost 4 months later and we have still yet to receive our tag! When I express my concerns, I was told that we would receive our tag the following week after paperwork was received to issue a replacement tag. So ***** in the title department issued us a ANOTHER temporary tag until the actual tag came in, however, the tag she issued was expired. It was a handwritten tag and she put an expiration date of 2013. I understand mistakes happen, but she also typed it in the computer that way. My daughter got pulled over because of the expired tag that was issue by Auto boutique, and the cops were even baffled. When I spoke with ***** she seemed like she really didnt care and she didnt even take the time to reach out to us and apologize!!! As of today we are still without the tag. She said it will be here tomorrow. I will give an updatewe will never purchase a vehicle from this company again
