1. Flat Rate Pricing: We utilize a flat rate pricing structure to provide transparency and consistency in our pricing. This method ensures that customers know the cost upfront, regardless of how long the job takes. It prevents unexpected charges and allows for clear financial planning, especially for those on fixed budgets. Our intention is always to be fair and straightforward, not to negotiate or inflate prices.
2. Providing Options: When we visited your home, we presented options to either replace the faucet or repair it under warranty. You chose the repair option, which required ordering parts and making a return visit. We collected a signature, which serves as a binding contract to confirm the agreed-upon work and pricing.

3. Scope of Work: Upon our return, our technician replaced multiple parts of your kitchen faucet and the flapper in your toilet, as per your initial request. Additionally, you asked for the shut-off valve for the toilet to be replaced, but it was not part of the original agreement.
4. Follow-Up and Communication: We have records of our communications, including text messages where you confirmed the scope of work. After the job was completed to your satisfaction, you requested the technician to leave and subsequently indicated that you would not be paying for the services rendered.
