            Package was supposed to be delivered by *****. ***** says they delivered it and even took a photo that proves nothing with no package showing! I opened a case with ***** and they told me to settle with the merchant. The merchant told me many times they would open a case with ****** I doubt if they have.

            Their website does not filter by hat size correctly. If the filter had worked, I would not have been able to order a hat that was too small. They do allow exchanges, but charge a fee for this. I called them and asked to waive the fee because their website is faulty. They refused, even though I planned to order a more expensive hat as a replacement. Instead, I am returning a hat that is too small and paying an $11 "processing" fee because of their screwed up website. I was told it was not possible for their website to not work correctly. What a joke!
