Efforts persisted, highlighting humidity levels and noise concerns. Despite seven visits by Airworks' technicians, the problems remained. On August 13th, the hastily installed panel collapsed, a testament to the subpar work. **** proposed a ninth visit, suggesting a costly blower motor replacement. Frustrated and determined to seek resolution, we warned of a charge dispute, prompting a threat of a mechanics lien from ****. Our original desire for a quiet, efficient A/C unit remains unfulfilled. Now, we seek the unit's removal and a full refund, yearning to move forward with a dependable A/C company. The relentless nightmare has taken a toll on our peace, leaving us on October 15, 2023, with an exposed and unfinished unit in our living room, desperately awaiting resolution.
