              I ordered Liposomal skin cream. It was ordered April 19, 2023. The company stated that you had 60 days to return for a full refund ( $64.04). I was not happy with the cream and returned it. I was notified by email on May 27, 2023 that my return was received.I waited 30 days for a refund and none was received. I emailed, called, left messages and still have not received my refund 9 months later. The only time I actually talked to the company ******************* LLC) that takes care of returns, I was told they had a backlog. My order number is *****. I have documentations. Unfortunately, I am not sure how to attach it.Thank you for your help.

              Do not order from this company! I wanted to cancel my order RIGHT AFTER I placed my ****** ****** 3 emails to the company stating that. They never responded to my ************* later I got a notice saying my order was ready to ship. Read about companies before you order! This *** is horrible & I am not finished with them.
