On or about August 17th *********************************************************** full for a total of $13.07. I left to retrieve the order and when I got in my automobile, it wouldn't start so I had called the burger king located at ********************************************,the store that I had ordered from and the store personal told me to download the app to let them know that I couldn't pick up the order. I had used the app but used the wrong email account and I have been denied any serious consideration regarding a refund. I entered the correct email account but to no avail. Burger King has given me the run around and I want a refund on product that I have never received.Customer response

I placed an order on **********. Went to pick it up at ******************************************** *******, ******* *****. The "Manager", (didn't get her name, but she's a light-skinned Black American woman with braids) was more concerned with being on her cellphone than assisting me said, "It's not here. Refresh your payment page." I said, "I ordered hour ago and received a receipt from BK and ******." *** replies "Well, we don't have it, so you gotta contact the app. That has nothin' to do with us." I came inside and showed her my Burger King receipt AND ****** receipt, all of which have dates and times. *** refused to have the staff make the order, as if I'd be stealing $7 and change from Burger King. *** also refused to give me information to contact the ***************** and said, "Come back tomorrow. The other Manager can deal with it." I located BK's **************** info online (phone numbers ************ and ************** don't work), and I was contacted by *******, who was very polite. I sent her a screenshot of my order and ****** receipts, and she issued a refund. *** understands customer service. The female manager described above at this Burger King location does not.I will never order from the Sunrise Burger King again. The female "Manager" who refused to assist me is rude, dismissive, lazy, and unfit to be a Manager. *** lacks all customer service skills. A GOOD Manager would've saw my receipts and simply had staff make the food. I, the paying customer, paid for the food. Therefore, I shouldn't have to go through the aggravation and time to contact BK due to the Burger King's (***************************************************** *******, ******* ***** location) mistake. I believe they either erroneously gave my order to someone else, or the Manager was just being mean and didn't want them to make it for me.Initial Complaint

The burger king on midlothian turnpike ***** needs alot more training. They get every order my partner and I make there wrong and then still do nothing to fix the issue. Our drinks are usually always flat or never right, were always having to dispute charges with their customer service team which doesnt do much good considering its AI generated. You cant find corporates number anywhere and when you can the number doesnt even work. Will never order again at this place because our orders are wrong EVERY single time.Initial Complaint

On September 24, 2024 I Placed an order on the Burger King website and paid $29.59 that included a two dollar tip. When I received my order I noticed that I did not receive the two cookies that I paid for or the two large frozen lemonades that I paid for. On their website I used their chat customer service to try to get a refund for the items I did not receive but I paid for. The automatic chat service tried to issue me a $10 coupon for the website which I did not want as I do not plan to use the website again. I escalated to a person and was emailed by ******* who again offered me a $10 coupon to use online on the website. I again requested a refund for the items I did not receive because I paid for something that was not given. She stated that she could NOT provide a refund, only a coupon. I feel that legally I should get a refund for something that was not given but I paid for (instead of given and I just want something different). I have the emails from ******* as well as my receipt from Burger King.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Burger King meal today while on lunch and ordered a double cheeseburger with small fry on the app. Got home, everything was fresh until I bit into the sandwich and there was some kind of grisly hard piece of something in the meat which broke off my top veneer and chipped another on the bottom. This is the worst thing ever happening to me and I have a social event tonight for my nephew's birthday. Just called my dentist and I cannot get in until tomorrow. If you don't want tooth issues, you may want to question what's in the meat at burger King.Initial Complaint

9/22/2024 Burger King #*** 10:47 A.M. *** I placed a mobile order and then proceeded to pick it up at the location. When I arrived I was told to pull around. I then had to wait ten (10) minutes to receive my order when I was the only customer. Upon arriving at my residence I discovered that my order was wrong, so I phoned the location to inform them. The shift lead offered to replace MY ORDER however when I arrived back at the location I only received part of the order and not the complete order as previously stated. Additionally the shift lead proceeded to "walk away" from our conversation twice rather than resolve it completely as they were also on the phone with their manager. Also while this was happening another employee was visibly laughing at me for apparently making this a big deal.Initial Complaint

Burger King sold me stale, cold, old as can possibly be food. The store manager was beyond rude and disrespectful. My order was missing items. The items I did receive were incorrect. I would like a refund in the amount of $46.77. This is absolutely unacceptable.Initial Complaint

They sold me chicken tenders with parasites. I reported it and was told to call to follow-up. However, the phone number is not working and they refused to give me a working phone number to the corporate office.I want them to cover the cost of parasite removal for my children and I.Initial Complaint

I visited the burger king at **************************************************************************************** on 9/16/2024 around 6:05 am. i placed my order through the app as I always do. When i made it to the drive through window I informed the employee that i was picking up my order and that I would like the meat to be put on the side, like i always do. Note, every time i pick up my order i have to wait for it to be made, it doesn't matter if i order my food in the parking lot and immediately pull up to the window or if i order it a hour ahead, the food is never ready when i get there which is fine because the food is fresher. When I pulled up to the window ***** who claimed to be the shift supervisor eventually handed me a bag and i drove off. I noticed that there was meat on my order and it had not been put on the side as i requested. ***** then informed me that I can't request the meat on the side because i am ordering through the app and they don't make any modification on orders placed through the app. When i asked where this policy was ***** responded it's just known that you can't do that. I requested the information for the store manager ******* Who I have not heard from yet. The slogan for burger king is "have it your way" my way is with the meat on the side which is not a big ask and it's never been an issue before.Initial Complaint

On 8/23/24 I ordered online for my kids. When i get to the store I was told the grill was closed for cleaning. I was then told you all had no whoppers available and that i would have to cancel my order online. I tried to cancel online but they only gave me a $10 credit. I spent almost $40 that night. I reached out to customer support to advise what had happened and they didnt care and said they were not able to help. I just want my full refund people work to hard and food is too high just to play around with people money, time, and food. The customer support number is ********.
