      I ordered online and had my husband pick the food up to bring home. (20minute drive). When he brought the food in there were no sandwiches only fries. I tried to do the online chat since u cant call anyone, and was told I would hear something in 48 hours. Never did! I also called the monett store and was told I would get a call back and never did. So this is my last option.

      09/04/2024 7:11 pm mobile order. I received the wrong order and only noticed once home. I tried contacting the store via phone and no one answered. I submitted a complaint on the burger King app and was refused a refund. Only a $10 coupon was offered on a $25 order which was completely incorrect.

      On Monday September 9th which is today I had visited Burger King at 9: 49 pm which I know Burger King closes at 10:00 I was doing my best with my phone to get my order done online because I was using my rewards and it's easier than getting these codes and heading to the person at the counter especially with the manager who says he's the regional manager there who is very unfriendly and antisocial and for the last few times I've been there which has been the last five or six maybe more he's been very very unpleasant very unkind showing that he has a lack customer service skills with the way he speaks to his customers which when you speak to customers you don't act like a jerk you don't use the person's name just cuz you can see there are words and just because you heard their name before I don't care and you don't have to be a jerk to them I don't care what you think of me you need to be professional at all times which he is not and he is very unfriendly to a lot of the customers that come in there including my wife who's coming there without me in many occasions and I've come in there without her on many occasions and we've come together on many occasions as well and it's been the same and all I'm saying is I would really appreciate it if you treated customers a little bit more friendly and he's very unfriendly and shows he lacks customer service skills but doing his job requires him to use them to the best of his ability not to be a jerk to every customer that comes in there and I don't care if he is the regional manager and he has a lot of stress on his shoulders it doesn't take the fact away the customers are the reason he has a job and a paycheck and when you treat customers very badly or poorly in any way you don't deserve your job due to the fact you're going to cost the company money which with him being a manager I can obviously say and honestly say that he's obviously costing the company money being Burger King in tomah due to his unfriendliness thank you

      Manager on duty was completely inappropriate with me, threatening my person with bodily harm. Sunday September 8th 2024 at Approximately 8:12 I pulled into the drive thru with my mobile order already placed. Everything was fine with the worker at the drive thru. Immediate upon going to the pickup window they asked me to pull around the front to wait. Approximately 20 mins later at 8:32 I walked into the restaurant to inquire about my order. The manager on duty (apparent by his jacket) said that he knew nothing about it. So I explained I had been sitting out front from the drive thru. He said "Oh I didn't know, so don't open your mouth to me about it" The drive thru employee then came and said she failed to communicate the order and cleared the board. At that time, I said "So I could have been sitting out there all night waiting?" That seemed to upset the manager and his tone changed into a violent yet unhinged attitude with a devilish tinge. "You don't want to mess with me .. I AINT THE ONE" I'll take off my jacket and shirt and beat your a** outside!" "Keep talking and you won't get yah food" "I am not the one to mess with he" he kept repeating. All the while another customer near the pickup counter seemingly his friend egged him On and they both laughed and agreed that he could kill me! This is absolutely abhorrent behavior for a "Manager/Supervisor" to display. I instantly felt sick to my stomach and felt the urge to flea and or defend myself. I chose to take the higher road and take THE COLD FOOD that he gave me and walked away.

      At the Burger King fast food place on 08/30/2024, located at ************************************, I made a medium order for a chicken sandwich meal. However, after making the order the worker informed me they were out of the sandwich. I requested a refund. They refused to do a refund even though I was not given the order. I contacted my bank and they said because of regulation E they cant dispute it. I want the $11.89 I paid for the order back. Attempted to chat with store manager and was brushed off and dismissed I asked for a printed copy of the receipt and was denied a copy.

      Burger King store #**** in **********, ** Numerous issues- Water fountains turned off, asked for cup of water with my order. They would not provide.Many items on menu not available. Ordered bacon cheese burger. Was served a microwaved sandwich with RAW bacon. Ordered 2 cookiers. Was served uncooked bag of mush. Restaurant is filthy inside and out. Employees hanging outrside smoking and rude inside.This is the worst location I have ever visited in 60 years!After I got my order and checked it in my car, I threw it in the trash because it was so nasty!       I went in to the Burger King in November. Do you get my lunch for and I had a winning scratcher in my hand and when I went to cocaine, I laid the scratch down and made my purchase and then I walked away. Bought my feet and when I was walking across the street back to work. I noticed I didn't have my scrappers but I won't have and the manager told me that she doesn't know what I was talking about and I told her you picked it up. I can tell then she wants to act like she doesn't understand me. I want my money back.When my scrap takes a ride home, there's nowhere else for me to turn to other than who and this making ithere's no phone number for me to call to get ahold of anybody and I want this resolved as soon as possible.Or i'm gonna have to call the police and make a report

      On 9/2/24, I went to the ********************* location in ********, **************, to pick up lunch for my hardworking employees who work outside in the heat 5 minutes from this restaurant. We placed our order online for pickup so that I could quickly go to the restaurant and pick it up without having to deal with all the in-store stuff that does you down.After picking up our food and getting back to the job and everybody starting to eat, we all came to realize that the food we got was not eatable because it was so cold; the food we got was not even 70 degrees hot, and we had no way to heat it up and could not leave the job to seek help due to the type of work we do.I am submitting this complaint in hopes of a refund and compensation for the time consumed by this poorly managed restaurant. I tried to call them three times, and no one would answer. I also have submitted a complaint through the app on another order we had problems with a long time ago, and guess what? It was never fixed. I will be reporting this to DHEC if I don't hear something soon.
