            Jan. 2023 we had our AC cleaned, when we told **** about the history of the house (sat abandoned 3 yrs and sadly neglected) and our problem with keeping it cool in all rooms, he checked our ductwork and found it tore up by rodents. He installed the ductwork quickly and for a reasonable price - even threw in a UV system! Six months later (right after my husband was discharge from the hospital with a pacemaker) our AC unit started giving us problems with draining into the garage and alternating on/off. **** came out and we first tried to replace the faulty part, but the old unit was on it's last legs. I'm surprised it lasted the two years with us after the neglect it took the prior years. **** knew we were trying to keep our budget low, and was able to work the numbers we felt comfortable with. He even called me after hours with a quote and work order so we could keep the project moving. They were out in two days with a brand new unit and got us cooled back off. County Energy's staff from the front desk to the technicians are always responsive, professional and courteous. This is a really solid company and they have my business!!!
