Do not use this company. The owners name is Ray. He's a good talker.
I had wood privacy fencing installed, board on board. I will give him credit, his pricing was very competitive to others I had gotten.
Now, I see why.
The first thing he did was to cut my cable in two places...after it had been surveyed. There went my cable for a few days. Annoying, but not impossible to live with.
The fence was installed and on one side you can see where it bows out into the neighbors yard. It's not straight. No, there is nothing there he had to go around. It's wide open. He just couldn't follow a straight line, I guess. When I asked him about it, he just shrugged it off. He said, "That's just what happens. I'm not perfect."
Now! The gates!
The gate on one side seems to work fairly well, but it's also the one that doesn't get much use.
The other gate has been nothing but problems from the start.
It was not straight across the top.
It rubbed and pinched on the hinge side and wouldn't close properly.
Looking at it from either side, you could see immediately that it was not straight. It was kicked in at the bottom on the hinge side.
We were told that was the best he could do, he wasn't perfect. And, the gate did open and close and latch, right?
For a week, yes.
Oh! And he pointed out that he didn't charge me for the hinges!
Apparently, hinges are not normally included in his gate pricing? Who'd have thought? I guess it was just nice of him that he didn't just prop the gate up in the opening. He "gave" us hinges.
That's just like the fence posts.
He told me he was doing me a "favor" by using concrete in the holes. He doesn't usually.
Keep in mind, however, there was no concrete on his trailer. When I asked about that, he said they forgot to load it and went and got it himself.
A little over a week later, pickets were popping off, a couple boards were split and the gate was completely unusable.

this guy loved the fence initially,he is doing everthing he can to smear my name.i did cut the cable line,which happens sometimes even with a utility locate,the line was repaired at no cost to him.i did give him a built-onsite wood fence at know extra charge using thicker pickets,then the normal smaller pickets of prefabricated fence sections first,secondly i concreted every post on the fence at no charge for him,third he extended the fence on each side in the rear to have more room for his water meter access that i did for free which normally would cost 300.00 more.i was there twice after the job was completed to repair the things he wanted done,this person paid me after the fence was done and they seemedhappy with the install.this person ***** **** is unpleasable,he threatened me and told me to get the **** off his property,not very nice people.i did all i could for this guy and his daddy who oversaw everything on the job for him.he paid me and was satisfied,i told him and his fatheer Frank to seal the fence with a sealer as to protect and preserve the wood,it is neccessary if you want to prevent the wood from shrinking,warping,cracking,splitting,etc.he said that he would seal it right away but he never did,well the longer he waits the more damage will occur.some people you just can't please no matter what you do,he is one of them.my work ethic's and experience speak for themselves,32 years in business and mayby 1or2 complaints,Ray O******

Ray is a straight up liar! The fence looked like ****. Wavy with nothing around it. Keeps trying to say he used better quality wood pickets? Not true. Same pickets every other company uses. Tries to sound lime he dis me a favor by cementing in posts? Isn't that how its supposed to be done? Every other fence company I contacted said tje posts should be cemented. Then i was told me he was doing me a favor by not charging for hinges or latches? Again every other company laughed saying included..what your just going to lean gate against fence? My property was surveyed and marked per property line. I did not want full property fenced to line so I came back about 4 feet from line and get says that should have been a 300 charge? For what using less supplies? Whenever someone would point out an issue while he was doing the work which was honestly alot. Ray would say hey things happen I'm not perfect I'm doing you an awesome job. The gate is crooked and barely opens the post against gate is wobbly then Ray had nerve to say to my wife and father well if doing a better job will get me paid then I guess I'm see what I can do? I gave Ray his deposit 3 weeks in advance which was half the bill and other half due on completion yes after hearing Ray say I wasn't going to pay which was never a issue never spoken of from my side I paid him his remaining balance in cash never got a receipt for job and yes i told him to get off my property I also said he was very unprofessional. If you ask around to other fence companies or even google tje fence sealing process is 3-6 months after completion sealing the fence has nothing to do with all tje issues I'm having. Has nothing to do with actual pickets coming off and laying on ground. Ray is just trying not to warranty his shotty worm. And as far as complaints he has so many many complaints about poor quality and unprofessional behavior. I never once x
Complained about price I was charged nor did I ever ask for discounts for issues I just wanted a quality job. This os a joke my gates still don't work latches are whacked and actually pickets have fall I g off fence..not just popping, they fell completely off
Ray wants to blame the customer for his short comings blame them for not being happy wants to blame tje customer period. I do not recommend this company. If i would have read the reviews prior to hiring him I definitely would have ran the other direction...but now Ray is trying to make this personal? I can do personal

Id also like to add that Ray mentions no cost repair of the utility line that was damaged considering it was the survey company he hired. The utility company dis not charge me for the issue but did in deed charge Ray for the damage so in short alot of rays hostility towards me is due to him having a hefty repair bill due to negligence.
