    In charge wants you to pay upfront plus a $50 fee before they even talk to your creditors and then I get an email saying for my credit cards are not gonna be on there because they want the payments ahead of time now I worked with other debit companies and they have always sent the paperwork to the credit card companies first to have them accept it ************ tells you what to pay and expect you to pay right then and there before the credits except the payment and I was told by ****** who I talked to that saying *********** which Im having an issue with once their payment ahead of time before they accept it And then they get on the phone when you let them know that youre not paying right away and what day you can pay and make you feel like youre not doing your job when theyre the one that is not doing there correctly I feel all they want is money before they even get a hold of these creditors or fax of anything and I had to email them ***** times to get them to send the creditors the paperwork over and then I have to call to find out if it went threw and then to come to find out that they took all four of my ***********s off because theyre saying *********** is not gonna work with them unless I pay first so Im not very happy with this company at all InCharge it told me that the rules changed all the time OK so why dont you let your customers know ahead of time what rules are changed cause all your time that I email or call its all about money and I dont know what Im paying for and come to find out by email that only two of my credit cards are on there and that the last 4 ***********s are not on there cause they want their payment first thanks for telling me and I had to call you
