I picked this pool company after reading reviews. I must say that things have changed. Imre came to give my parent's an estimate with no paperwork, invoice or samples. This was a vacant home and my mother had to scramble for a piece of paper for him to write down the estimate. I found that a little odd. After getting estimates from other company and timing being an issue we decided to go with Solara pools. They had the quickest turn around time. Completion took about 2 1/2 weeks from initial payment. Imre met with parents to explain what would be done and never returned. Communication was by text messages and wasn't very specific. He did come by to get the initial payment and we didn't see him until it was completed. There was lots of miscommunication. We never received pool chemicals/brushes or instructions as others have described. I guess the over 10k we paid didn't include that. He was abrasive and not attentive at all. We have been reaching out to him for several weeks now after completion because the pool despite his "resurface" still leakes. Leak repair will cost another 3k! Debris was left in the pipes and once started it remained in the pool. I feel my elderly parents were taken advantage of. I gave 3 stars because the pool looks great. No thanks to him but to the out of town workers he contracted to do the work. They worked hard and were very pleasant to deal with. He was just a payment collector and has no customer service edicate. Buyers beware! I was told by my pool servicing company that works with him that I should have received so much more than we did. Make sure you get everything in writing with him and don't assume what is customary in this business will come to you.

First I would like to tell you everybody Was my employees no subcontracting we always do excellent work, just because a job was $10,000 doesn't mean we giving out free things ,we did everything was in the contract, like you said the job came out very nice I never leave anybody behind if you need it something always respond to you , I give you the pool brush and pole what you were demanding ,was not in the contract

Yes this individual likes to state that things were never written in the contract. I want to let his consumers know that they have to be VERY CAREFUL because that is how he gets away with not doing the work or giving you what you were supposed to get.

Contract will protect customer and contractors shows what we agreed on , and I did exactly what we agreed and plus what you asked me ,I went beyond the contracts we have between us
