            Over three months have passed since I got approved for the loan for batteries for my solar equipment. In this loan is included $13,000.00 for home improvements that Switch Solar is saying they have not gotten paid yet and as such cannot pay forward. I have spoken to Sunnova, which is who funded the loan, that says Switch Solar has already been paid and they should release those funds. After many weeks calling and talking with Switch Solar, their representatives and a *** ****, who is in charge there, keeps putting off saying he will look into it the following week. The loan is now due to start paying in October and I need that money that has already been funded and is mine because of the loan.
