This house at The property is located at ***********************************************************************************************. was very dirty and smelly. There was dust everywhere, and large pieces of dirt in the kitchen drawers. We were not given information about checking in and I had to keep calling them for the address and door code to enter. It was over an hour later that we were given info about checking in (after I called and called).Five of us were booked to stay for ONE WEEK, yet there were hardly any supplies such as dishwasher pods (only 2), laundry pouches (only 2), the dish soap was so watered down and only a tiny container for 1 week's use), there were no suds formed when using it. There were not enough towels, nor blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The garage where the ping pong table was located, was very, very dirty and very hot. The open patio was very unusable. There was a big hole in the mesh cover, so insects flew right in. The dishes looked like they were picked up at different garage sales - they were chipped (I cut my lip using spoon that had a sharp edge), and dented and a lot of plastic. There were stains inside the cups. The pots and pans were hardly usable. There were definitely not enough dishes for 5 people, and they were scratched up and stained.I felt that we were totally misled, the advertisement even stated that there was a pool available, but we could not get access to it.I have been to many vacation home rentals, and always felt good about them; this one left me feeling totally ripped off (I paid a lot of money for this rental).I cannot recommend this house, nor can I recommend Upstay.
