I would not recommend this company to anyone. I entered into contract with Tony T*****, owner of T.S. Construction to repair my home as a result of Hurricane Michael. This was an extensive job as my home suffered extensive damage as the result of the Hurricane and the entire job took over a year to complete. Due to the extent of the damage, I could not live in my home and was living in Destin, FL and was not able to come to the home weekly to see the progress that was being made. Due to this, Mr. T***** and his employees were given access to my home to enter, come and go as they pleased to get the job done.
After the job was completed and I moved back in, I began to notice imperfections throughout the home. Many things were not completed, many were done poorly and some were not done at all. I contacted Mr. T***** on several occasions for him to return and repair my home as indicated in the contract, to no avail. I hired an Home Inspector to do a full inspection of my home to determine everything that was wrong, what had been completed (but completed poorly and not up to code, etc). The Home Inspector advised me that the home would not pass inspection, due to the many problems and mainly the roof. I have provided Mr. T***** a copy of this report via email and mail, made phone calls asking him to reach out to me, to no avail. I have no other alternative at this point, but to file a civil claim against his company and ask the job to decide.
