do not do business with this company . they are not reputable I had an issue where I couldn't do the job and ask to have my deposit back and they refuse to give me my deposit back bad business man. now they don't call me back

On September 12th 2023 the customer signed and placed an refundable deposit for materials and scheduled service for September 23rd 2023 a rare Saturday appointment per her request. On September 20th the customer called to cancel the service. I explained to the customer the materials have already arrived being 2 days away. She claims there was bank fraud on her account and needed to fix it before continuing with the service. I offered to suspend the service until she was able to fix her banking issues. She then asked for a refund I again explained the product was already paid for and arrived. The best I could do is wait for a customer that wanted the same colors so I could forward the products to the new customers. We spoke several times and each time I expressed it was a time consuming effort to find someone that wanted the same colors and requires the same amount of product needed. I would contact her as soon as I knew something. Since this time she has posted negative remarks here to the BBB, ******** and other social media forums she's has sent emails threatening black mail. If I refunded her non refundable deposit she'll stop writing negative reviews. I contacted the customer yesterday October 30th via email informing her I received a customer that I can forward the material to. Once again met with negative remarks. I explained again with the special service date the employees still deserve their wages with such a short notice of cancelation and refunding the deposit puts my company at a $700 loss without having an opportunity regain any of it losses. The customer was 100% aware of the deposit being non refundable and signed acknowledging it. I could have dropped the materials off at her house and moved on with my day, but instead I tried to assist her in not losing her deposit. Don't see how this deserves a 1? rating.
