***** ** ******** is not the owner of Total Vitality Medical Group.

This patient was seen at the St.Petersburg location of Total Vitality Medical Group on 2 occasions.  December 2, 2022 and December 12, 2022 by Bryan ********, DC. Patient came to our office with her husband and her child as they were all involved in an auto accident in Pensacola, FL. We did not solicit patient, she came to us willingly. Dr. ******** saw the patient and performed a thorough initial evaluation and examination on her first visit on Dec.2, 2022.. Ms. Hollomon returned to us for a second visit on Dec. 12, 2022 where she received a complete round of therapy.  A tens unit was issued, patient received a massage, therapeutic and range of motion exercises as well as stretch and counter stretch therapy were performed.

It appears that the patient's attorney has dropped her case. Ms. ********** auto insurance coverage was insufficient to cover her charges.  It also appears that the patient is trying to navigate a way out of a medical bill that she owes to us in the amount of $1,58.40.

*** ********** notes are attached from both visits.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: they did absolutely no thearapy i had a brace on and was told by primary care not to do therapy until neurosurgeon could look at my broke bone next to spinal cord. A lawyer referred me here. They did nothing but gather me and my BOYFRIEND in a room and talked. My two year old never even got out of stroller. My son has autism cant even talk and lied saying he had a headache. This business should be investigated for false claims and addi g up Doctor bills with nonsense. We all would like are money back i am also reporting to florida dr association. I did not know of all these fake diagnossis until tecently. PIP should be used for real doctors and surgery not for fakepaycheck to you and lawyers to add up bills. The only good thing they did was get a copy of my records. No therapy was done for none of us. This is a shame and should be against the law.

      Sincerely,

      ********* ********

In my response to Ms. ********** claim I attached her complete ledger.  Ms. Holloman did not pay anything out of pocket to Total Vitality Medical Group. Her auto insurance, Geico, made one payment in the amount of $495.20 on 12/26/66 via check no. 239045242.  She has a balance with us of $1,05.40, which we are willing to write off but we will not make a refund to her as she did not pay anything to us.  Since Ms. Holloman went to the hospital in Pensacola, I'm sure she incurred a large bill from them. Her attorney dropped her case, for reasons unbeknownst to me.

We have been in business since 1995 and NEVER do we falsify documents or make claims that aren't true.
