Cielo Stone & Tile (CS&T)6370 *********************************************************. Kathleen Ann *************** is the registered owner of this company. I hired CS&T to remodel my kitchen. I made this decision based on a sponsored ad in St. Augs ****** Mag. Owner touted one stop shopping inferring that the Cielo companies could design, provide material and construct. They cant. My experience was fraught with problems. Accounting errors were egregious/systemic. This included double billing for cabinets charging for work not done etc. ALL invoices were wrong, ALL errors favored Cielo. CS&T double billed for cabinets by more than $4k. Getting a refund was like pulling teeth. Owner vehemently pushed back. I provided extensive documentation comparing Cielos work orders, estimates including multiple spreadsheets. 53 pages of documentation in all. $3.1k was refunded with no documentation to substantiate the refund. This was not the correct amount, but I was relieved that I got a partial refund.Cabinets were installed mid-October. The countertop installation should have immediately followed. I did not get a working kitchen until mid-February. I lived in my house for almost 4 months without a kitchen. Countertops were problematic. I was told beginning of January that we needed 5 slabs instead of 2. Cost, availability, consistency of color, forced me to choose another product that was readily available. This was disappointing because my kitchen was designed around the countertop color. I spent $15k+ on tile, rug, and artwork. CS&T tile hired *************** (MGG) to provide the countertop material, fabricate and install. I was not involved with this transaction. MGG billed CS&T, CS&T paid MGG. I paid CS&T. CS&T has not accepted responsibility for the subpar work MGG did. Because of blatant errors in billing, disorganization, lack of accountability and substandard work, I do not recommend doing business with any Cielo company.
