            Disappointed. They installed the AC unit, which seems to be working adequately, but they left the unit exposed to the weather. They took a piece of sheet metal from the previous AC and taped it to the top of the new unit, but it is still exposed on 2 sides to the weather. I gather that they are not required by law to supply any kind of enclosure over the unit. When I asked them about this, they said that the metal from the old unit would work just fine, but it's stuck on with just a piece of tape, and it's open on 2 sides, plus it's rather ugly. Their price was good, but I wish we had been clearer about leaving the unit exposed to the weather like this, not sure if this may lead to problems in the future.

            We are sorry that you are disappointed. We reached out to you immediately after your other 1 star reviews on other sites with an apology that our installer didn't tell you that the old piece of sheet metal was up temporarily until our sheet metal fabricators could fashion new pieces for your unit. We reached out via phone and email explaining this to you but you did not return our calls. The owner of the company drove to your home to speak with you and explain that the covers take a couple of weeks after we turned in the measurements. The pieces came in and we are ready to install them for you this week.
