WORST KAYAK COMPANY AND STAFF THE MANAGER/OWNER IS A JERK, We bought two motors form him, after having such great service years ago with this company so we thought oh good we will get the motors for our kayaks as well, well after **** requested cash only, we went to get the motors installed, bf brought the motors home and as i was looking at them they where all scratched up scuffs, and the prop had chunks out of it, both motors where damaged, we where so excited about taken them out we took them out once 4 days after bringing them home, the pictures we have where taken the day we brought them home we had not even taken them out yet, when we returned from out trip which was tampa bay ft desoto left beach, we had issues with one of the battery's which that was another issue, we did do as asked and took it to a battery shop and tested and chrgd, that is another story, but on the motors we contacted the owner and let him know about the motors and damage, and he agreed to exchange them more then twice we tried to get him to look at the photos with the time stamps on them showing this was before out one trip out with them, he refused to look , took the motors in to get the exchange done, and delay pick up, and rude message that we did the damage , when i went to pick up the motors, and to let the manager/owner know i was not happy with his message that i lied, he started yelling and telling me we lied and did the damage to the motors , i told him we did not, this is what they looked like when we got them and we have pictures to prove this, he throw me out of the store, and told me i voided my warranty, and banned me from his store, mind you i was already leaving and had already decided not to do business with such a shady person, this was very unprofessional and to this day the man would not allow me to show him the pictures which i told him maybe one of the workers did this by accident, he insisted he took care of these himself and there was no way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
