If we could give 32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning more than five stars, we certainly would! The entire company, especially Marisol, Ben. and Calvin, are exceptional. This is by far the most professional, experienced, and trustworthy air conditioning company that we have dealt with in our 35 years of living in Orlando. When we called 32 Degrees, we had already been without air conditioning for eight days in 86 degree weather with high humidity. Desperate for some relief, we researched 32 Degrees, and finding their reviews excellent, called them and asked if they could obtain and install the necessary part. Without even knowing us, Marisol located the part within a half an hour and placed it on hold for us in case we would need it. Early the next day, Ben came out to check out our unit. After an extremely thorough inspection, both inside the house and outside, he said that he wanted to verify the problem with his contact at the manufacturer. As he put it, he “ did not want us to pay for an expensive part if it was unnecessary." When he diagnosed the problem and confirmed that it was the part that Marisol placed on hold for us, Marisol, herself, drove to pick it up in order that it could be installed the next day. Just as promised, Ben and Calvin ( who was also extremely knowledgeable) showed up to install the part. Both men were amazing at their jobs, working conscientiously and thoroughly so that the new part was installed correctly and the air conditioning unit was running effectively and efficiently. As far as we are concerned, 32 Degrees is a miracle worker. We are not only grateful for their quick response to our problem and their professionalism, but for their care and concern for their customers. We are very lucky to have discovered such an amazing company and we will remain customers of 32 Degrees as long as we live in Orlando! Thank you all so much! Paul and Geri S
