CONSTANT TELEMARKETING CALLS TO MY HOME, SOMETIMES 2-3 TIMES A DAY. I ASKED THEM NOT TO CALL AND HAVE JUST HUNG UP EVERY TIME AFTER THAT YET THE CALLS KEEP COMING. I HAVE ENTERED A CLAIM AT THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY AS WELL. THESE ARE INTERRUPTING NUISANCE CALLS WITH NO END. CALLS CAN START AS EARLY AS 5 AM.Initial Complaint

This company keeps calling my cell phone over and over for someone else. I have told them EVERY single time this phone number does not belong to the person that they are asking to speak to but this does not deter them from calling. This has been going on for the last 3 months if not longer with the call frequency increasing as time goes by. I am registered in the "Do Not Call" list. I do not understand why they continue to call for someone who is not me. Is this even legal?Initial Complaint

They are constantly calling over the last year, normally at least twice a day at various times. I have told them each time to remove me from my list and once or twice they said they would, but generally they get aggressive and tell me that there is no list and they aren't selling anything. Non stop calls from these folks. When you ask them to pull our number off their list, they begin to get aggressive. Then they start calling at different hours of the day. These are not good people. They have been trained to try and defuse the situation, but in the end it high pressure sales tactics.Initial Complaint

This company calls me every other day. They did this to me a couple years ago. I pleaded with every employee to take me off of their call list. Every time they either said they would, or hung up on me. Eventually I was able to get in contact with a supervisor and he promised they would stop calling me. They did not stop. That round of calls eventually ended after about 4 months. Two years later, they are at it again. I am receiving a phone call from Kensington every other day again. I politely tell them I do not want their product/service and to stop calling me and take me off of their call list. Once again, they say they will, or hang up on me. The calls keep coming. I see lots of other similar complaints regarding this issue. Can anything be done to stop them? I am so tired of Kensington calling me! Please help!Initial Complaint

The company has called me at least 10 times in the last three weeks, each time I have asked them to stop calling me. I am on the Do Not Call registry, have never done business with them, and yet they continue to call. They use spoofed numbers that cannot receive return calls to make it look like they are a nearby caller. These are all in violation of the FTCs rules on telephone marketing, and now it qualifies as harassment as well.Initial Complaint

Kensington calls constantly to my cell phone. I have asked to be removed from their phone list multiple times and at that point I'm either hung up on, told they have no control over that, or told that I'll be added to the list. At sometimes they get rude And they will even argue with you. I would love for the phone calls to stop
