I received a cold call on my cell phone on Saturday 5/14. I told the person I was speaking to that I do not want them calling my cell phone and to delete my number. I received another call today 5/16/22 and repeated to them that I do not want them calling my number. Both times the caller hung up on me rather than respond to my statement.Initial Complaint

This business refuses to take me off their call list and uses multiple numbers so blocking is ineffective. I receive multiple calls each month. When I tell them to stop they refuse and instead demand I tell them why.Initial Complaint

This company has called me at least a dozen if not more times over the last month. They continuously refuse to remove me from their calling list even though I am on the Do Not Call List. When I old them this, they told me they were a non profit agency and it does not apply to them. I keep telling them I don't own a home let alone one in Laguna Nigel, CA. Most of the time they will just hang up on me when I ask them how they got my number. I have even told them they have the wrong number yet the constantly continue to call. Each time it is from a different number so it is impossible to block all of them from going through. I have attempted to call them but every time, the line is just a fast busy signal. Everything about this "business" screams SCAM!Initial Complaint

Business has repeatedly called after I've been placed on the do not call list. I have verbally requested to have this company stop calling with verbal threats to come to my home. I've blocked all numbers here they continue to call multiple times a day and week.Initial Complaint

I have been receiving spam calls to my phone I have asked them not to call me as I am on the federal do not call list I block their number they call me from a different number. This has gone on for two months I am frustrated and want the calls to stopInitial Complaint

I am on the national do not call list. Kensington continues to call from different phone numbers daily. I use my cell phone for work and need to answer unknown phone numbers. These repeated phone calls are interfering with my day to day business. I have requested numerous times to be taken off of their call list. I have requested to speak to management, I have even called their company number to request they stop calling with no resolve. The sales representatives are rude and do not try to help. This company needs to be reprimanded and held accountable for their harassment.
