      We purchased a 2020 RZR Pro XP from Seminole Powersports in Sandford ******* back in October 27th, 2023 through my LLC in *******, 1st they screwed up all my extended warranty paperwork and listed a different person, it took several weeks to get that straighten out. It has been 3 months and I have not received my title for this machine. I have contacted ************************* (Finance Manager) who I dealt with through out the entire process, he keeps telling me that their title department keeps s******* the paperwork up and he'll try to get any information, but never gets back to me until I contact him. I contacted the ******* DMV directly and they told me that the paperwork is on hold status because the title information was filed incorrect and incomplete. They keep apologizing when I call, but nothing gets done and extremely frustrated and I hope something can be done.

      Bought a motorcycle from the eustis location they claim they can't work on it when it shouldn't have messed up in the first place well they sent me to the Sanford Seminole powersport claimed it would take a couple weeks well it's been a month and a half and the motorcycle is still not fixed at all I keep getting the run around it's a different story Everytime I call its pathetic they are so stupid they claim they are backlogged that's not my problem now I will be filing a lawsuit against the company if it's not done by Friday I'm not going to keep making payments and not have anything to drive they have had plenty of time to do their job and refuse to provide another motorcycle while it's down refuse to do their job refuse to tell the truth and I'm getting tired of being lied to about the situation they have till Friday to have it done Ior I will take action and sue the dealership for lemon law they have been told over and over to fix it and nothing now I can play the same game no payments will be made till it's fixed I will make the company reimburse me for last month and I will sue the company for this ******** they have 24 hrs before I contact an attorney Tuesday and make the company pay for their ******** I've been patient enough and I'm sick of their lying ass ******** they can either do their job and reimburse me for last month and this month or I will use force and take the money I'm owed and make the company pay for it one way or another I want the owner of the company phone number immediately and I want a good explanation why they are pathetic and worthless and I will never take it there again a five minute job turns into 6weeks no that is ******* pathetic and this problem will be solved one way or another

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/15) */ In response to Mr. **********'s ever so "eloquently" written complaint to the BBB, he does not own the bike he is referring to in this case description. The actually owner of the motorcycle has requested Seminole Powersports to ignore Mr. **********'s requests for information and at the time when the bike was here to only communicate with her regarding repairs to the motorcycle. In fact, the used motorcycle has been fixed and traded in at this store towards another unit that was more suited for her riding style. Seminole Powersports was caught in the middle of some type of dispute between the owner and Mr. **********, and the owner has moved on with another unit and has personally thanked our sales and service departments for the service we provided.

      They said they did full inspection on the motor they had my bike for 3 weeks they gave me back my bike with no motor in it after it blew up after they reassemble the whole Motor
