Earlier today, we informed you that if the problem was linked to the previous work we performed, there would be no diagnosis fee. We promptly halted our ongoing workload and verified the previous work right in front of you this morning. Upon inspection, we discovered that the motor appeared to be locked up, which is typically a sign of significant damage. We also removed the coils and spark plugs on your ski, and did not find problems with either, however with the spark plugs out and freeing the engine of any compression; the engine still did not turn over.
To accurately assess the severity of your current issue, it will be necessary for someone to conduct a diagnostic and most likely disassemble a portion of the engine. Please be aware that this diagnostic work involves labor and costs associated with the technician's time. We would charge for this service.
We take our customer issues very serious, but in this case there seems to be no correlation between the work performed previous and the problem you experienced more recently. Bad timing maybe, but you can not blame us for your current situation. I would be more than happy to work with you however.
