Extremely poor business practice from service department and manager . Paid to have jet ski diagnosed and fixed after it failed and they sent me home with a new battery and said unit works now even though I explained the problem was more then that when I dropped off . Brought home and was stranded on my lake after 30 seconds of starting it up and had same problem and could not use jet ski. . When I brought it back I thought for warranty diagnoses,they demanded I pay an additional $400 for another diagnoses and were unwilling to compromise since they said it started in their shop .i Do not recommend using them for service needs . Will pay someone else to do the job before double paying these crooks for and additional diagnoses

We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced, but there seems to be some inconsistency between the story we heard from you earlier this morning and the details mentioned in your review. Approximately 20 days ago, when you utilized our service department for a NO START condition, we successfully started your Seadoo by simply installing a new battery and spark plugs. In your Google review, you mentioned using the unit for only 30 seconds, whereas this morning, you informed us that you were cruising at speeds of 64-65 mph on the ski when it encountered an issue.
Earlier today, we informed you that if the problem was linked to the previous work we performed, there would be no diagnosis fee. We promptly halted our ongoing workload and verified the previous work right in front of you this morning. Upon inspection, we discovered that the motor appeared to be locked up, which is typically a sign of significant damage. We also removed the coils and spark plugs on your ski, and did not find problems with either, however with the spark plugs out and freeing the engine of any compression; the engine still did not turn over.
To accurately assess the severity of your current issue, it will be necessary for someone to conduct a diagnostic and most likely disassemble a portion of the engine. Please be aware that this diagnostic work involves labor and costs associated with the technician's time. We would charge for this service.
We take our customer issues very serious, but in this case there seems to be no correlation between the work performed previous and the problem you experienced more recently.
