            Installed tile dye lots and runs spanning years without my permission due to short order. Carpet also short ordered and not installed to CRI guidelines after numerous attempts. Owners are *** and CGC licensed who toured the property personally and are aware. More to come, but in my opinion stay far away. Corporate states unless it goes against their operating agreement they are not able to assist.

            On August 24, 2024 we had a garage fire. Our insurance company said they were sending someone out to board up the garage door area that was destroyed. ****** *******, from Paul Davis Restoration of Sarasota, showed up. He seemed like a genuine guy but when he asked who our insurance carrier was I was surprised but figured he dealt with many companies. The guys who came shortly after put up plywood and were supposed to leave a door entrance but they did not. Later that afternoon the real men from our insurance company arrived and were surprised to see everything boarded up. We are extremely disappointed in ****** as well as Paul Davis company for being FIRE CHASERS!!! This job was definitely not worth $2721.12. I am submitting a check to them but feel that I am owed an apology. I do have a different address on my bill. It is * **** ***** ***** **** *
