            I purchased a Vehicle 5/22/24 the Customer Service Rep was amazing. The vehicle value had been deposited; the VEHICLE paid for in full. September 2024 over 90 days later, I get contacted by GA tax office to RECALL my TITLE that I am in possession of and free and clear of lien and paid in FULL. Capital Euro Cars attempts to use my private information, forged my information on a new document to create a new transaction with my social security number without me, without cause or proper documentation for after the sale. If Capital Euros is working on behalf of another company, I would like to face the person making the claim because Capital EURO has been paid in full. I attempted to resolve this with the finance manager, and she began to SCREAM at me, I advised Please do not yell at me due to the fact I am an adult and a customer. I was treated unfairly, I was treated with disrespect, and the company rep was using deceptive practices to convince me to commit a crime with her in AUTO fraud. Capital EUROS is committing AUTO FRAUD and I would like this investigated. I would like the harassment to cease with GA TAX OFFICE with false/altered documents.

            Dear Alexis ******, I am usually thankful for customer reviews, but not when they are full of false statements and are attempting to commit fraud. Yes, you did buy a new Mercedes-Benz on 05/22/2024 from Capital Eurocars. During this purchase you signed multiple documents that recorded **** ******* Credit Union as the lien holder. In fact, the method of payment was a **** ******* Credit Union check which you signed. You were sent your "clear" title my mistake, and you know it. Your issue is not with Capital Eurocars because, as you stated, we have been paid. Who has not been paid is **** ******* Credit Union. My recommendation is that you contact **** ******* Credit Union directly and work to resolve your issues with them. Sincerely, Crawford ****** Vice President & General Manager
