      Brought a 2020 Mitsubishi 0utlander on 6/16/25! The vehicle had to be returned on 6/17/24 because there was a vibration in the front at a certain speed. They said bring back on Monday, so I did after taking it to a tire expert. The findings were the tires were severely worn with a manufacturer date of 2019, however they were so Shiney you could not tell the true condition at time of purchase. Long story short all tires had to be replaced. Then the following week vibration and pulling are occurring so back to the shop again, then it had to have a alignment and rotors replaced. Then on 6/22/24 the vehicle would not crank had it towed back to capitol city Mitsubishi ,findings the battery was dead and said I was responsible for replacing cause batteries die all the time.So I left it at the shop because I was over all the headaches of dealing with a horrible experience. It hasn't even been three weeks at this time of writing. So I guess now my perfect credit goes down hill. Thanks Capitol City Mitsubishi I wish you all the Bad Luck and Downfall! Don't do business with them in ***********!

      I bought a 2020 ****** Murano from Capital City Mitsubishi In ***********. I bought it on a weekend so they asked me to bring the car back on Monday to have detailed. I took the car back for them to detail and I also told them at that time the cruise control did not work. They told me they drove it and nothing was wrong with cruise control. They also did not detail the car. We called ***** and told him this . He said they would pay for the detail that we had done just bring the invoice in. We also explained that the headlight on passenger side had condensation in it. My husband took the invoice to them and he said they were not going to pay for it due to no vehicle vin # on the sales receipt and yes my husband got upset and said a few choice words to him that was durogatory. But when you take a man for his word and then take him a bill and him tell you they are not going to pay for it due to no vehicle vin # on the bill. ***** did not mention this on the phone. If he would have the vin # would have been on the bill where we had got it detailed. So needless to say we are out ****** . Plus the headlight is ******* to have replaced . The sensor for the cruise control they said would be covered after 30 days when the warranty kicks in that we had paid extra for. I live on a fixed income and was not expecting these extra costs. I called the dealership over in *************** And talked to **** the general manager with no satisfaction from him either. I quote he said that my husband had to apologize to *****. What about aplology to us for all the hardship that we are going thru since buying this car.
