            I was in car accident few weeks ago, I needed additional documentation from the dealership to provide to my GAP insurance. I went to the dealership to request those documents. While at the dealership the Finance manager asked was I looking for another vehicle which I stated I was looking for another vehicle. He stated we can help you with getting you into a new vehicle. I stated I was still handling things with my insurance. The Finance manager stated he has a excellent Salesman who will be able to assist me with getting a new Suv. The Salesman name was *****************, he asked for my ID, my registration and documentation from my payout from the accident. I provided all the documents needed. The Salesman being to ask me about my personal relationship status and being to make advancements at me. I declined and when I called my Love ones to ask for their input on me buying a new he repeatedly asked me who is my Love and more personal questions. Stating he is coming to pick me up from my address and was I seeing the other salesman who sold me my last car. After kind of laughing it off and ignoring him. *** became upset and stop assisting me and answering my calls. I went back to the dealership with my Family member and she witnessed him disregard me and state he was working on it because I needed a cosigner or a down payment. Which he never informed me of. I am very disappointed that I had to endure 2 hard credit pulls and not be given any documents on the status of me buying my car. I still have not received any documents from the dealership showing or requesting any type of down payment and or co-signer. I have requested the documents and have to received any feedback. I am very disappointed and I would never want any woman to be treated in such a way because she rejected sexual advancements from a salesman it is professional environment and should stay as such. I tried to resolve my concerns with the manager ******************* he did not follow up and or return any calls or emails with updates.

            Brought a 2020 Mitsubishi 0utlander on 6/16/25! The vehicle had to be returned on 6/17/24 because there was a vibration in the front at a certain speed. They said bring back on Monday, so I did after taking it to a tire expert. The findings were the tires were severely worn with a manufacturer date of 2019, however they were so Shiney you could not tell the true condition at time of purchase. Long story short all tires had to be replaced. Then the following week vibration and pulling are occurring so back to the shop again, then it had to have a alignment and rotors replaced. Then on 6/22/24 the vehicle would not crank had it towed back to capitol city Mitsubishi ,findings the battery was dead and said I was responsible for replacing cause batteries die all the time.So I left it at the shop because I was over all the headaches of dealing with a horrible experience. It hasn't even been three weeks at this time of writing. So I guess now my perfect credit goes down hill. Thanks Capitol City Mitsubishi I wish you all the Bad Luck and Downfall! Don't do business with them in ***********!
