Purchased keto pills and within 3 minutes of the purchase I called and asked them to cancel my order because I didn't realize how much it cost. When I got through to somebody said it was too late the order was already being processed and they agreed to refund me half of what I paid. They said once they receive the product back they would refund the rest. I sent the product back and paid $20 for shipping. Three weeks later I had to follow up with them about my refund and they proceeded to tell me that they would only refund me $40 out of the $100 that they owe me because of shipping, processing, and sanitation. I never open the original packaging and also saw on my bank account today I charge for $9.99 from the same company that I did not authorize. I am still waiting on my $100 refund.Business response

12/29 i clicked on the ad, put in my information and was told it was declined. it was $33. which didn't get charged. instead, $199.50 got charged and they also tried to take out $49.50, but it was declined because i had NO MONEY left. all i know is i need my money back.Business response

Ordered one bottle and got 7 , called company to return and was told they would credit my charge card and that I could keep the product Also did a dispute with charge card and the took $ off while waiting for merchant to reply Merchant reply they did not have a return or refund policy Found that to be a lie after finding that on line that they doBusiness response

The add gave 3 different ways to purchase the product, single bottle, two bottles or three. With the three which I purchased the add said buy three and get 3 free. Best deal so I did. At the end however instead of approximately $99 I was charged $199. I called immediately to cancel and was told I couldn't. I argued about the deceptive ad and the person could care less other than to offer me half price which was the amount charged if I purchased 6 bottles.
