Per your complaint to the BBB, you approved all the plumbing installations and repairs we made and that you requested. They were also done in a timely fashion. The only repeat visit we made to your home was for a separate repair you requested later for which we had to order a part. And you were undercharged for the work! In order to understand why you are upset the owner of the company called you and you promptly hung up the phone with no explanation. I might remind you that per our contract and company policy you have a two-year warranty for all parts and labor for the work done. It is a shame we can not talk about this in a business like manner.
