March 2, 2023 I paid have my deposit to save the quoted rate from the company with the agreement the work will start once the city finished laying the pipe to the house. The Job was to collapse the septic, and connect me to the city water/waste with a lift station to push waste up hill. Total was $9900. I got a date of March 21st as final day, and **** came out the 22nd to start, ***** (the owners brother point of contact after quote, and then had nothing more to do with the process) told me that it was a 3 day job. ***** also was the one I negotiated with the services I needed and price. Both days were Trenching and laying pipe from the back of the house to the front. I asked them about the septic and they had no idea what I was talking about. I also aske about the lift station and they still had no idea what I was talking about, the tech called their boss and they confirmed the lift station was needed, and was being brought the same day, and ***** told me to give the driver the second half of payment because they will be done that day as well, so I did. They installed the lift station then left. No testing, no City inspections, no septic collapsing, I was still on septic, and never covered the trenching. I called the next day (would have been day 3) to ***** and he told me the manager ***** would call me back to discuss. Shortly after ***** called me (First and only time she called me up to today 5/30/23 still) she told me they read the ticket wrong, they had no idea about the septic, and the lift, which the lift was brought in, and everything was left as is. Told me she will get people out as soon as possible. There have been weeks of no one showing up, to them here only once for a couple hours. They finally collapse septic Early May, got it approved and buried, but then they said job was done. Trenches are still here, they never buried, pipes still exposed. City had to block off an area because they felt it was unsafe. 2 months paid in full and job is not done.
