Home Sleep Test completed on January 14, 2023. I took a sleep test the *** wanted me to take, I took it with Blackstone, I had to pay $40 before took the test and was told by them they had already spoke my insurance about would cover the rest. After taking the test my ** or myself where never provided my sleep study test result, my ** requested they provided the result. Then they have procced to hound me over paying them the $245 after never providing my test result and have with held my medical information from me and my *** **** spoke on phone to person not paying because gave me test results they said after I paid them I would get by that point in time off calling test result would invalid since time frame of the study was back in January of 2023. I refuse to pay them because they have withheld my medical information, if they provided like where supposed to after test was taken I wouldn't be making this compliant. They have threaten send me to collections multiple times never doing so, and keep hounding daily to pay them $245 after never providing my medical information. They have with held my medical information form me and ** which by ***** rights I have right now my medical information and for them threaten send to me collections when they have not provided that information is complete unacceptable. I would like for them stop contacting because them not providing my medical information that is none invalid test results, because refused to give the result to my ** after test completed like they should have.
