            On February 5, 2022, a check generated by this company for $199 was cashed on my mother's checking account. I sent the company an email inquiring about the cashed check as neither I nor my mom knew this company. I did not receive a response. I then called the company, and the person who answered stated that the check was cashed because my mom bought a vacation package for Costa Rica and Florida. I explained that my mom is ****************. She is homebound and definitely not traveling anywhere. I am not sure how this transaction came to be (but this is the second recent instance of a questionable "travel company" cashing a check on my mom's account, I greatly suspect fraud) , but I requested an immediate refund. The person said they would issue a refund, but couldn't provide me any details as to how and when the refund would be made. That was several weeks ago, no refund has been issued to date. I tried calling the company again and got disconnected. I am requesting an immediate refund issued to: **********************************************
