            BUYER BEWARE! We signed up to get a water softener 2 years ago ('22) from #1 Advanced Water Treatment. Everything went smoothly the machine worked great, and now it's beeping saying we need tech support. We called and were told it was a filter and would cost $650 to replace. I have never heard of anyone having to get the filter replaced within 2 years. When looking online most filters cost between $30-$50 and most service calls are only $150. The problem is, this company sells you a system that only they can service. There are no manuals online on how to fix anything yourself and other plumbers or repair men have never seen this system before. To top it off there is no serial number or anything to help identify the system. So the company has made it so they can only fix it and charge you whatever they want too. This is extortion! I do NOT recommend this company under any circumstances unless you like to over pay. And when you do agree to be a sucker and for them to fix it they tell you when they will be there and then never show. It's been 2 months and I still haven't had anyone show up yet. DO NOT USE!
