First and foremost, we apologize for any confusion or frustration the customer experienced with our subscription and auto-ship service. We strive to maintain transparency and clarity in all our business practices, and we value feedback to help us improve.
Regarding the Subscription Agreement and Notifications:
When customers sign up for our service, the terms and conditions, including the subscription and auto-ship policy, are clearly outlined and agreed upon during the sign-up process. Our policy includes sending an email notification 48 hours prior to processing any auto-ship orders, allowing customers ample time to make changes or cancellations if needed.
Addressing the Email Notification Issue:
We understand the customers frustration regarding not receiving the 48-hour prior notification email. Our system is designed to send these notifications automatically, but we acknowledge that there may be isolated technical issues or email delivery problems beyond our control. We recommend checking spam or junk folders to ensure our emails are not being inadvertently filtered. We are continuously working to improve the reliability of our notification system.
On the No Refund Policy:
As per our policy and due to health and safety regulations, once an item has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is communicated at the time of purchase to ensure transparency. While we understand this policy may cause frustration, it is necessary to comply with safety standards.
