            April 18th, 2022 I pulled into the car wash and before I entered the automatic car wash, one of the attendants pre-washed my 4runner with a cleaner. This was my first time through this car was, so I thought it was just a standard prewash. The attendant used a heavy acidic cleaned which put etchings into the matte black rims, during this pretreatment process. I noticed once I got home that there was a white chalky looking film on the rims. I tried to wipe off and could not. I immediately called, and the lady said to send pictures and Luis or Jose the managers would be in tomorrow and they will call you. They did not. I returned the next day & spoke with Luis & he tried to clean the rims with a polish, but it would not fix the damage that was done. He took my info and said the owner would contact me. I waited 48 hrs and no phone call. I returned today to be greeted by Luis and he said, the owner hasn't called you yet? I said no, please I would like the phone number so we can exchange insurance info. Luis proceeded to tell me that he cannot give out any info? I have no way else to contact the owner of the business, if they do not contact me back I will seek legal action.

            I thought it was a good idea to start a subscription to a car wash in my community so I choose this one. To be honest the car wash didn't do a good a job as others. with cheaper subscription prices, but what made me cancel was on 17 Oct, they took out my regular $35 plus addition $30 for no reason. I chased behind them to give me my $30 dollars back for over a month, until the attendant go so frustrated with management he withdrew the $30 from his OWN account and refunded me. At no time did management return ANY of my messages or sought to resolve the issue.Finally around mid November I had the attendant to cancel my subscription, which he did and I signed a statement stating that he paid me out of his pocket. THAT'S NOT ALL! On 16 Dec, guess what happened, they withdrew $35 from my account. Upset is a understatement, they made a unauthorized withdrawal from my account.BTW: Shoutout to the attendant, he is a man of honor, to bad I can't say that about the management.
