            Please do not take your vehicle to this service center. Had my transmission repaired which took a week. After only having my car two days, the engine light came back on and the car showed the same symptoms. When I took it back to have them look at it (I was told by the center mgr there wouldn't be a charge) I was informed that there was a different problem (strange considering they just worked on my car) and that it would be another $500 plus. Keep in mind I just spent $3400! So I took my car for a second opinion and low and behold the mechanics couldn't find anything that resembled the second diagnosis that AAMCO gave me in which they wanted five hundred more of my hard earned money. I really feel like they were taking me for a ride. I hope this gets read and people consider this before going there.

            Randy, this is unfair. We addressed your transmission complaint. We repaired the transmission, we have computer scans when the vehicle came in that are dated and stamped that show internal transmission failure. The new codes you have are for the MAF, we dug into why the engine was shaking at idle, we found the valve cover was leaking into the spark plug tube and causing this misfire, we did not recommend a mass airflow at that time because the misfire on the motor.

            This was 100% unrelated to the transmission work we performed and even after getting corporate involved in the claim we submitted ALL the paperwork both present and prior to the tech department. They concurred with our diagnostic. We apologize your vehicle has engine troubles, but this is not related in any way to the transmission work. Its not even in the same vicinity of the repair.
